Yes little children do see spirits even my son when he was little. we stayed in an apartment and me and my wife walk in on him in his room, because he was talking to some one. He was looking and pointing to the corner of the room and we new that he could see something that we could not and was laughing and pointing .and talking. Children are in tuned with the spirit because of there innocents. Worry not it will soon pass unless the lord has given him a gift to be able to help others, time will only tell.

And yes, I know you are Christian - I am Hindu, but I keep Lord Jesus's photo also with me - kindly do not ignore my plea - please do as I say. It won't hurt you at the very least. Kindly Ma'am! Do this for your son! There is only one God for everyone!

2) Please take your son to a highly reputed psychiatrist or psychologist - KINDLY TAKE HIM TO them. PLEASE, I BEG YOU.

Im so sorry... not for what ability ur son may have but for the pain and it brings to him now because he is young. Unfortunately, he will not or may not understand this for many years to come.. but this has happened for a reason. God has a reason for everything. Of course, i say pray every night, and morning, but i also say go to the medical/psychological field! There are people who have sent years of their life dedicating themselves to learning about these abilities.
Don't ever show yourself and anyone else fear, not unless you are in church then you can cry your eyes out. Show your son how much you love him, every sec of his life, tell him how normal and beautiful he is.

ask him his favorite animal...let him choose it as his totem protector. then get him a toy of that animal to be his companion
also make him a dream weapon. a bow, a lance, a sword. whatever he prefers. make it in minature and let him keep it under his pillow. make your own dream catcher.. willow is best.
