I need help desperately with these abilities that i have / Telekinesis, Telepathy,Clairaudience, clairsentience, psychic intuition,Psychometry, and higherself. Honestly, Ive unlocked them somehow and need to learn how to control them and find a relaxation meditation tecnique that is right for me. Hello. Have you ever considered living with your abilities at a level of confinement, with out intentionally investing time to make them grow, and just letting them do so on their own time, naturally?
I am not jealous, or trying to make you feel less about yourself, I just know from personal experience it is easier to live the simple life.
I know that extrasensory perception grows with intelligence, or the increase of conscious awareness. Though I am a believer, I don't think it is good for the soul to amplify abilities that the evolved whole-body is not really had the time to adapt to. I could be wrong, but I would think instead of gaining control, like you wish, you would lose control, and order could become disorder (Has it?). Now you could easily dismiss such a notion, and go full throttle, accelerate the reception of your powers. To do this cost daily practice. You have to use techniques that extenuate the powers. You can make some up yourself, seeing that your intelligent, or you can do research online on methods to build your abilities.
